Upcoming Classes

We have the following selection of classes available.  

Beginning Quilting!  Just starting out?  Learn to do it the correct way.  Jeanne will teach you the basics of quilting to get you off to a great start!  6-part class.  Meets Saturdays, February 9, 16, 23, March 1, 8, 15.  10:30 to 12:30.  Cost is $95 plus supplies.

Block of the Month Sampler!  A favorite class!  Learn a variety of piecing techniques as you create this sampler quilt!  Class meets the 1st Saturday of each month from 1 to 3:30.  Cost is $20 each month.

Borders & Bindings!  Let's finish up those tops!  Learn the right way to add borders to a top and a great new method of binding your quilts!  Monday, January 28 from 5:30 to 8.  Cost is $25.

Brown Bag Sampler!  Class meets the first Saturday of the month at 10.

Chatterbox! Use up those fat quarters while learning how to make this great quilt.  2-part class.  Saturdays, February 16 & 23.  10 to 12:30.  Cost is $40.  Book purchase is required.

Courthouse Steps!  It's time to finish up!  This class is the second half and will cover applique' borders for the courthouse steps quilt.  Saturday, February 9 from 1 to 3:30.  Cost is $20.

Doll Quilt Club!  Each month we focus on a different quiltmaking skill as we complete these small projects.  Meets the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 to 12:30.  Cost is $5 plus the kit.  Book purchase is required.

Easter Coat!  Here is the companion to Ruth's Easter dress!  Once again Ruth has created a darling little outfit!  You can too!  2-part class meets Thursdays, February 21 & 28, from 5:30 to 8.  Cost is $50 plus supplies.

Easter Dress!  Ruth will share her secrets to making this beautiful little dress for that lucky little girl.  2-part class.  Thursday evenings from 5 to 8.  January 24 & 31.  Cost is $60 plus supplies.

Featherweight RX!  Learn to maintain your featherweight and extend your years of sewing pleasure!  Saturday, April 15 from 12 to 5.  Cost is $50, space is limited so sign up soon!

Little Pink Romper!  New from Ruth Kenney.  She's done it again.  How can we resist this cute little romper?  2-part class.  Meets Thursdays, March 20 & 27 from 5:30 to 8.  Cost is $60 plus supplies.

Quilting for the Clueless! Learn to combine fabrics like a pro!  Using the basics of color, value, & scale can make all the difference in your quilts!  Saturday, January 26 from 10 to 12.  Cost is $20.

Skill builder!  Whether you have the BSR or not this class will help you improve your free motion quilting skills!  For all skill levels.  Monday, February 25 from 5:30 to 8.  Cost is $25.

Stitch Recipes!  Join Joan as she shows you how to use all of those decorative stitches to make this beautiful wall hanging.  Class meets the 1st Thursday of each month.  5:30 to 8.  Cost is $25.

Stars in the Garden!  Hand applique' will be the subject of this 12 month class.  We will explore several methods while we create this stunning quilt.  Meets the fourth Thursday of each month.  5:30 to 8.  Cost is $20 per month.

Sunrise Quilt!  Use the quilt program, advanced applique' features and the quilting and the quilting designs in your V5 software to create this beautiful quilt.  3-part class meets the 4th Saturday of each month for 3 months.  10 to 12:30.  Cost is $45.  V5 Designer Plus software required.

Umbrella Class!  This class has been a favorite!  Learn to make your own umbrella using the fabric of your choice!  Saturday, March 8.  1 to 3:30.  Cost is $35 and includes the pattern and frame. 

Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm PDT. 
Tuesday and Thursday 10 am to 8 pm PDT. Closed Sunday.
