Join us for our Vintage Summer program every Wednesday in our Everett store! This is a program designed to fit your summer schedule. No big commitment. Each class is $10 and all we ask is that you let us know you're coming, so we can order the catered treats! HandiQuilter Summer School
Join us for a fun filled 2-Day HandiQuilter Event! Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25th. Four fantastic classes to choose from! Cost: $25 for each class or $60 for three classes or $80 for all four classes! You will learn new skills with this hands-on experience!
Quilting Makes the Quilt Friday 10:30am-12:30pm. Discover how to coax the beauty of your quilt to shout, by focusing on the right design, thread color, batting etc. Learn about different design elements and effective ways to apply them. If you wish, bring your quilt tops for us to examine for answers. For stand up longarm machines, sit down machines and domestic machine quilting.
Applique Outside the Lines Friday 1:30pm-3:30pm. Use your longarm machine to create wall hangings, pillows, mug rugs, handbag panels and more. Free hand cut, lay fabric directly on quilt top and thread paint to complete your project. For stand up longarm machines, sit down machines and domestic machine quilting.
How to Start a Profitable Longarm Quilting Business Saturday 10:30am-12:30pm. Become informed about the ins and outs of starting a business. Do you need a business license? Does a website and business cards really matter? Do you need a tax accountant? Draw clients to your business and keep them happy. Where do you find clients? Build a desire for your clients to want to come back. Your clients will want to refer their friends. Discover products and tools that enhance your quilting while becoming more productive. Choose pantograph (edge-to-edge quilting), ruler work, or high-custom quilting. Needles, pins, thread…how to choose. Find the answers to the questions you have. Make your time matter to increase profitability. How much can I really make?

Stitcher's Garden 2
Block of the Month
Join Barb Storey at our Everett location the second Saturday of each month for this beautiful Block of the Month. Stitcher’s Garden 2 is a lecture and demonstration class that will show you how to use the different decorative stitches on your machine and will feature a different sewing machine foot each month. This is a great class to learn about your sewing machine and to try the different things your sewing feet can do. Begins September 12th through May 14th 12:30pm-2:30pm. Buy In $60 and $20 each month. Longarm Quilter's Club
NEW! At the Northgate location -- Longarm Quilters Club. This club is for anyone interested in longarm quilting and is not machine specific. Karen has been longarm quilting for about 9 years.Held quarterly, our first meeting will focus on keeping your quilt straight from top to bottom and from side to side...even if the quilt top is uneven! She will use simple tools to get the job done. Backing fabrics will also be discussed -- from cotton to minky and wool. Saturday, July 18th 3:00pm-5:00pm. Cost: $30
Join Gloria Young in this fun Quilting with your Bernina class! Learn to maximize the use of your #37 or #57 quarter inch foot; best needles & thread to use for piecing, applique, & quilting; 3 different types of applique; machine quilting with your walking foot; binding entirely by machine using the walking foot; learn to piece batting that is just a bit too small for your quilt. Thursday, July 23rd 10am-12:30pm.

This class is for those who have a current-line machine. Please register and mark your calendar with all three dates of the class series you choose. Join us for Sewing Studio time! Gloria will be on hand to help you with any project you choose to bring. You are welcome to purchase a great zipper bag kit and learn some new techniques. Rental machines are available if you would like to stop in and sew. Please call ahead to reserve your machine rental for $20 per 3 hour session. We look forward to seeing you! The Everett Store has the classroom open every Tuesday from 10:00am-5:00pm for anyone who would like to come work on projects and visit with fellow quilters. We would love to see you, join the fun!
